Petra Wilson is Senior Director of the European Health and Care team in Cisco's Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG). Her work focuses on helping health and care providers develop their strategies for making good use of communication and collaboration technology to demands of care provision for an ageing society, where patients' needs become wider and demands on health and care providers straddle many of the established silos of care organization.
Previously, she was Deputy Director of the European Health Management Association (EHMA), a membership organization committed to improving healthcare in Europe by raising standards of managerial performance in the health sector. At EHMA she had responsibility for the association's Brussels' office and, in particular, EHMA's relationship with the European Commission. In that role, Petra advised a wide number of European healthcare organizations on EU-level health policy and assisted them in engaging with policy-makers in the Commission.

Rick Cnossen is the director of Personal Health Enabling for Intel in its Digital Health Group with a focus on medical device interoperability standards. He is currently leading a large, international, cross-industry consortium, the Continua Health Alliance, focused on the establishment of an eco-system of interoperable, personal telehealth systems.
Mr. Cnossen serves on the HITSP Board of Directors and as a chairperson for the ISO/IEEE 11073 Medical Device Communications WG. He is a participating member of the ISO/IEEE 11073 Personal Health Data WG, the HITSP Consumer Perspectives Technical Committee, the Health Level Seven (HL7) Structured Document Technical Committee, the USB Personal Health Device WG, and the Bluetooth Medical Device Profile WG.

Sakari Lang is a Director at Compatibility & Industry Collaboration (CIC) Unit, Corporate Development, Nokia Corporation. Sakari has a strong scientific background in radiation biology, bioelectromagnetics and biophysics, and obtained his PhD at Kuopio University (KU), Finland, in 1994. Years 1995-96 he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Colorado State University. Before joining Nokia 1998, he was an Assistant Professor in radiation biology at KU.

Ibrahim Sezan is the Chief Technology Officer and the Director of Advanced Video and Display Technologies at Sharp Laboratories of America, Inc. (SLA). SLA is a multidisciplinary R&D laboratory pursuing applied research within a very broad spectrum of scientific endeavor.
