		Ian Hay Orange Ian has been instrumental in driving the work of the Mobility Task Force forward, engaging with interested members, providing a link back to the GSMA's mHealth Task Force and ensuring effective liaison with the Use Case Working Group. He has personally done much of the work to submit the use case proposals and it is to his credit that the work can progress. Summer 2011 Recipient

		Brian Reinhold LNI Brian has been a key contributor for the certification program as he has recently been involved in identifying issues with the test tool, reported them, and helped with finding solutions to improve the tool. Brian's extremely detailed reports and tediousness in finding the root issue and offering suggestions over the past few months have been very valuable. Brian sets business aside and is devoted to making IEEE 11073 and Continua's cert program a better operation - he's a top-notch technical resource. Summer 2011 Recipient

FrankWartena has put in an incredible amount of work into making the 2010 ContinuaImplementation Guidelines a reality. The job of coordinating the efforts ofseveral individuals and groups as well as guiding the creation of such awide-ranging technical document is intensely complex, and the addition oftighter time constraints do not make the task any easier. But Frank clearly hasbeen up to the task with his dependability, knowledge and superiororganizational talents.
