Develop market education and demand for the three user categories: fitness, disease management, and aging independently.

Position Continua members as market leaders.

Grow membership in targeted industries (providers & payers) and geographic markets (APAC, EU).

	Michael L. Dow, P.E. Business Development - Medical and Smart Energy Markets Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. Mike Dow has a BSEE degree from Texas A&M University and is a Professional Engineer licensed in the state of Texas. He has worked for Motorola/Freescale since 1995. He currently works for the Micro-controller Solutions Group which has the medical vertical market as a primary focus. His current Freescale focus is business development and standards engagements for the medical and smart energy markets. Mike's previous position was with Freescale Corporate Standards where he gained 4 years of experience forming and building the value proposition of consortiums and standards bodies.
