“Site”) Continua Health Alliance (“Continua”) takes your privacy very
seriously. This notice describes our privacy policy solely applicable to information
collected on the Site. By visiting this Site, you are accepting the policies
described in this Privacy Policy. The purpose of this Site is to provide users with
information regarding Continua, its objectives, activities, members and
deliverables. Specifically, this Site attempts to provide information about the
scope, objectives, deliverables and membership of Continua. It also attempts to
provide recent and part news about Continua and access to specifications
developed by Continua. The Site also provides a mechanism for organizations to
join Continua. The Site is governed by

collect personally identifiable information from you at certain points
throughout the Site. Depending on the information and/or services you request,
we may ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, company name,

business alliance of companies operating globally. Please note that while the Site

from Continua Public Mail Lists if you do not wish to receive further
communications from Continua. We will use reasonable efforts to process any

information: To ensure that you have as much control over your personally
identifiable information as possible, we allow you to view, update, revise or

change you make, or your request for deletion, as promptly as possible. How we protect information: Continua
attempts to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal
information. We have a strict internal security policy that limits access to
production systems and personal information only to authorized personnel. Our
servers are protected by reasonable physical and electronic security. Your privacy is very important to us, but due
to the existing legal, regulatory and security environment, we cannot fully
ensure that your private communications and other Personal Information will not
be disclosed to third parties. Under
certain circumstances, the government or third parties may lawfully or
unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Additionally, in the unlikely event we need
to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries, we may disclose any

governmental officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary and/or appropriate.

disclose Personal Information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith
belief such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a

constantly changing nature of the Internet, we reserve the right to change,

of resources including, but not limited to, membership information, press
releases and other general information about Continua (“Resources”). The Resources are subject to these
Terms. Continua reserves the right to
update these Terms at any time without notice to you. Conditions of your
use of the Site As conditions to your use of this Site, you agree that you
will not: 1.
Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform,
reproduce, publish, broadcast, license, create derivative works from, transfer
or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Site; 2.
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose; 3.
Use any of the Resources in a manner that could damage,
disable, overburden or impair any Continua server or the networks connected to
any Continua server; 4.

files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation
of the Site or another computer. Privacy Policy Submissions You agree that any information, feedback, questions,
comments and related materials that you provide to Continua in connection with
this Site (“Submissions”) will be provided to Continua on a non-confidential
and non-proprietary basis. The
Submissions will become and remain the property of Continua. Continua shall have no obligations to you of
any kind with respect to any Submissions and shall be free to reproduce, use,
disclose and/or distribute any Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, without

information as prompted by the registration form. You may also receive a Continua user ID and
password. You are entirely responsible
for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password
as well as all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Continua of

will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of an

However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Continua due to

You may not use any other person or entity’s user ID or password at any

right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your use of this
