Architecture Team

Johan Muskens is a scientist at Philips Research. His research interests include software architecture, software architecture assessment, UML, component-based software engineering and integration of third-party software. He obtained his MS in computer science from the Eindhoven University of Technology. After his graduation, Johan worked for four years as a researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology in the area of component-based software engineering and support for extra-functional properties, such as resource management & prediction and fault management. After this period, Johan started at Philips Research as a scientist, first working on software architectures and development technologies for the consumer electronics domain and later on software architectures for the home healthcare domain.
